I am Dr. Úrsula Casado

I consider myself passionate about mental health and psychopharmacology, and I have dedicated my career to supporting my patients on their path toward emotional well-being with professionalism and warmth. I speak Galician, Spanish, and English, which allows me to treat my patients in their preferred language.

My career began in Galicia. After training at the Hospital of A Coruña and working in A Coruña and Lugo, I moved to Ireland, where I expanded my professional experience and gained an enriched perspective on patient care, both in the public hospital setting and later in the private sector.

Work methodology

My approach

I work with adults from an integrative and deeply human perspective, combining clinical rigor, psychopharmacology, and completely personalized therapeutic plans. I basically differentiate between two types of sessions:

Initial consultation

The first session is oriented toward performing a comprehensive and detailed assessment of each person's situation.

Follow-up appointments

Based on this initial assessment, we will establish a diagnostic approach and an individualized therapeutic plan.
